4 Deposits and Withdrawals

8 Account Suspension and Closure

why 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• A player's own request to close their account or self-exclude.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach or fraud investigation, why 999 may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation.
